La importancia de llevar una vida sana fue el objetivo de BioCultura, la Feria de productos ecológicos y consumo responsable, celebrada en Sevilla hace dos semanas. Entre sus objetivos: promocionar el consumo interno de alimentos ecológicos, dando a conocer las virtudes de la producción ecológica, desde el punto de vista sanitario, eco-nómico y medioambiental. Una ocasión única para asistir a talleres como el de Juan Carlos Monge: 'Los 3 cerebros'; de cocina y degustación con showcooking; y toda una gama de productos que he probado por primera vez como los desayunos con galletas aptas para veganos, avena y canela de Amandin y Santiveri; ecoestética natural de Dr. Grandel, Ajedrea, Delideabio y semillas de cáñamo, de Chía, trigo sarraceno, quinoa, agua de mar... Deseando disfrutar de la próxima edición porque esta Feria es imprescindible para quienes quieren vivir disfrutar de la gastronomía y la belleza respetando el medioambiente.

Among its objectives: to promote domestic consumption of organic food, revealing the virtues of organic production, from the point of view of health, eco-nomic and environmental. A unique opportunity to attend workshops such as the Juan Carlos Monge's: 'The 3 brains'; cooking and tasting with show cooking; and a range of products I have tested for the first time as breakfast with biscuits suitable for vegans, oats and cinnamon of Amandin and Santiveri; Natural ecoestética of Dr. Grandel, Savory, Delidea Bio and hemp seeds, chia, buckwheat, quinoa, sea water ... looking forward to meet the next edition because this event is a must for those that want to enjoy gastronomy and beauty but protecting the environment.

Región Centro de Turismo de Portugal

Sevilla es el nuevo destino promocional de la Región Centro de Turismo de Portugal. En el workshop, al que me invitó Turismo de Portugal, se mostró la riqueza cultural, gastronómica y natural que guarda esta región portuguesa. Macizos montañosos, como la Sierra de la Estrella, de Lousã, Açor y Caramulo; aldeas de granito, pizarra y castillos como Óbidos, Viseu, Guarda y Castelo Branco; poblaciones pesqueras y playas cosmopolitas: Aveiro entre la ría y el mar, Peniche y Nazaré, con olas gigantes. Un patrimonio milenario lleno de historia del que la región centro bien puede presumir: los Monasterios de Alcobaça y de Batalha, el Convento de Cristo en Tomar y la Universidad de Coímbra, todos incluidos en el listado de Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. Además, tuve la oportunidad de conocer la existencia de hoteles totalmente integrados en el paisaje, ecológicos, veganos, individualistas... Todo un mundo por descubrir al que estoy deseando asomarme en primera persona, pero mientras eso ocurre os comparto algunas imágenes de la región centro en las que ya he estado y que enamoran. ¿No os parece? Sevilla is the new promotional destination of the Central Region, Tourism of Portugal. In the workshop, I was invited by Portugal Tourism, I discovered cultural, gastronomic and natural heritage that keeps this Portuguese region. Mountain ranges such as the Serra da Estrela, Lousã, Açor and Caramulo; villages of granite, slate and castles as Obidos, Viseu, Guarda and Castelo Branco; fishing villages and cosmopolitan beaches: Aveiro between the river and the sea, Peniche and Nazaré, with giant waves. An ancient heritage, of the central region of Portugal, full of history: the Monasteries of Alcobaça and Batalha, the Convent of Christ in Tomar and the University of Coimbra, all included in the list of World Heritage by UNESCO. Also, I had the opportunity to know the existence of fully integrated hotels in the landscape, ecological, vegans, individualistic ... A world to discover I'm looking forward to peek in first person, but while that happens I share some pictures from the region center where I've been and that I love. Don't you think so? Día de la Madre ¿Qué vas a regalarle?

¿Todavía no tienes regalo para el Día de la Madre? ¿Aún no sabes qué vas a regalarle? Pues ante todo demuéstrale que comprarle un regalo no ha sido un puro trámite que tienes que sufrir cada mayo en tu condición de hijo o hija. Tres premisas que deberías cumplir:

1. Empatiza con ella. Ponte en su lugar. ¿Qué cosas le gustan realmente a tu madre?

2. Sé original. Una vez que sabes qué le gustaría, encuentra lo más original para sorprenderla.

3. No improvises. Si no te da tiempo a conseguir lo que merece y desea tu madre, te esperas y se lo das otro día, eso sí, un sobrecito con una tarjeta simpática explicándole que el regalito viene de camino. Mejor, más suspense y aunque de momento dude, cuando lo tenga en su poder seguro que pensará que ha merecido la pena esperar unos días. Mercado Gourmet la Lonja del Mercado Sevilla

Sevilla ya tiene un Mercado Gourmet. 'La Lonja del Mercado' a orillas del río Guadalquivir junto al emblemático Puente de Triana. Un espacio en el que "tapear" a la hora del aperitivo o reunirse en el after work para degustar vinos nacionales e internacionales. 20 puestos que ofrecen: croquetería, Peggy Sue ́s Grill, pulpería con tradición gallega, mariscos y moluscos vivos cocidos en el momento de su consumición, un variado de quesos, guisos andaluces, arrocería, Salmoreteca, coctelería o restaurante japonés, entre otros. El horario es de domingo a jueves, de 10 a 24 hrs; de viernes a domingo de 10 a 2 hrs. Todos los productos se comercializan para venta directa y/o para consumo en el propio mercado. Seville already has a Gourmet Market. 'La Lonja Market' on the side of the Guadalquivir River near the famous Triana Bridge. A place to take tapas at the cocktail hour or meet after work to try national and international wines. 20 stands offering: rissole, Peggy Sue's Grill, octopus from Galician, shellfish and molluscs cooked at the time of its consumption, varied cheeses, Andalusian stews, rice dishes, Salmoreteca, cocktails or Japanese restaurant, among others. Hours are Sunday to Thursday from 10-24 hrs; Friday to Sunday from 10-2 pm. All products are marketed to take away and/or consumption within the market. Aunque sigo en Madrid hoy os comparto un look de estilo campestre muy casual para esas salidas veraniegas que nos invitan a disfrutar de la naturaleza. Concretamente esas imágenes son de la provincia de Huelva en Andalucía, del Palacio del Acebrón. Un lugar idílico que os aconsejo visitar a vuestro paso hacia las costas andaluzas. Try out these 3 hair care tips for summer. We should protect hair from sun harmful effects: dry, discolored and hair loss. Because it's not only the sun but the pool chlorine, iodine salt and the sea, etc. Home care is easier but what do we do when we spend a weekend away? I opted for: a good shampoo treatment plus a mask. I recommend the argan oil Biokera. Although the shampoo doesn't make much soap suds, the results is excellent. Leaves hair nourished, with a nice shine and smell. And to spray our hair before going outside and protect from sun, thermic protector POSTQUAM goes great (also for its small size). ¿Qué 3 cuidados mínimos debe tener nuestro pelo en verano? Pensemos en el efecto del sol y en cómo protegemos nuestra piel de sus nocivos efectos. Pues con el cabello igual porque: reseca, decolora e incluso puede provocar caída prematura, por rotura al estar más seco que de costumbre. Porque no es solo el sol, sino el cloro de las piscinas, la sal y el yodo del mar, etc. En casa es más fácil cuidarse pero ¿qué productos llevarnos para pasar un fin de semana fuera sin renunciar a unos cuidados mínimos? Yo opto por: un buen champú de tratamiento a juego con su mascarilla. Os recomiendo el de aceite de argán de Biokera. Aunque el champú no hace mucha espuma sus resultados son excelentes. Deja el pelo nutrido, con un brillo y olor muy agradables. Y para pulverizar nuestro cabello antes de salir a la calle y protegerlo del sol, el protector térmico de PostQuam va genial (también por su reducido tamaño). Yo lo llevo incluso en el bolso y me lo aplico en el pelo entre mis viajes en moto por la ciudad.
