Torre de Palma Wine Hotel

En pleno corazón del Alto Alentejo, junto a la aldea de Vaiamonte, Torre de Palma Wine Hotel se levanta en medio de la nada, rodeada de viñedos que nutren sus ricos caldos, como abandonada en el tiempo. Compuesta por 19 viviendas entre las que destacan sus 8 casas típicas alentejanas, un loft rural, 5 habitaciones en lo que era el antiguo granero y la casa señorial. La inspiración surge del modo de vida de la familia Basilii, los antiguos habitantes de las vecinas ruinas romanas de Torre de Palma, y de las tradiciones alentejanas que se mezclan, sin atisbo de duda, con la modernidad más absoluta. Wifi en todo el complejo, catas de vinos centradas en la aromaterapia, clases de cocina con los frutos de un huerto ecológico de la propiedad, paseos a caballo y el placer de perderse por la hacienda para descubrir rincones como los que os muestro en las fotos del post. In the heart of Alto Alentejo, near the village of Vaiamonte, Torre de Palma Wine Hotel rises in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by vineyards that nourish their rich wines, abandoned over time. It's composed of 19 homes among which are its 8 Alentejo typical houses, a rural loft, 5 bedrooms in what was the old barn and manor house. The inspiration comes from the way of life of the family Basilii, the ancient inhabitants of the nearby Roman ruins of Torre de Palma, and the Alentejo traditions that blend seamlessly with the most absolute modernity. Wifi throughout the complex, wine tastings focusing on aromatherapy, cooking classes with the fruits of an organic garden on the property, horseback riding and pleasure to wander through the farm to discover places as I show in the photos post.
