5 Things to Do in Aveiro

Pilar-Bernal-Maya

There are 5 things to do in Aveiro, Portugal. First, take a walk along the canal in typical moliceiros by the Company Memórias da Ria. Second, take a walk through the city day and night. Aveiro has some magical places that are transformed by the light. Third, buy a craftsman hat in one of its traditional shops. Fourth, enjoy a quiet dinner in a restaurant near the canal. I'll especially recommend the OBairro restaurant in a next post I'll explain you why. Fifth, sleep in a centrical and functional hotel to be chose to the old town, where a shopping mall, a majestic cemetery and a swarm of streets invite you to get lost between the crowd. I stayed in Aveiro City Lodge, a hotel unpretentious but with a jacuzzi on the terrace.
