Cooking and Nature Emotional Hotel es un lugar para soñar al que te recomiendo ir si viajas por el Centro de Portugal. Se ubica en Alvados y os aseguro que cualquier estación del año es buena para hacer una escapada, aunque sea un fin de semana. Allí encontrarás la magia de los libros, de todas las épocas e idiomas, que están repartidos por todo el recinto para ser usados; la naturaleza en estado puro, que te relaja al impregnarte de sus paisajes, olores y colores; la buena mesa, basada en la cultura eco y bio, no puedes perderte una 'experiencia cooking' con uno de los mejores chef de Portugal y con los productos de temporada que proceden de la región Centro de Portugal, utilizando hierbas recogidas en el jardín del hotel: poleo, albahaca, cilantro, romero, salvia, tomillo. Cada habitación tiene una decoración diferente, de manera que si vuelves podrás tener una nueva experiencia y sensaciones. No se te olvide la cámara porque te sobrarán ganas de hacer fotos.
